Automated Machinery

This machine takes 3 components, a bridge, a terminal and a coil, oriantates them, inserts them in a 20 station dial and solders them together. It has a cycle time of 6 seconds. It runs unattended.

This machine assembles electrical snaps. It feeds 3 buttons at once and assembles them at 200 pieces per minute. It inspects them and creates a spreadsheet verifying quality. 

This machine feeds terminals into a track where they are sprayed, dried and cooled. It does this 230 pieces per minute.

This machine oriantates rubber grommets and attaches them to a terminal strip at a rate of 200+ per minute. This was previously done by hand at a rate of 500 pieces an hour.
